This variety of lemon is picky for ecology and can be grown in a specific region in Turkey’s Mersin province, in the west of the Mediterranean Region (Erdemli-Silifke). Lamas lemon is medium in size, cylindrical, necked and distinctive mammal. Fruit peel is a juicy lemon variety with a superior yellow taste and smell, it is smooth and bright. Lamas can be stored for nine months under suitable conditions. Lamas lemon variety is the highest quality among all types of lemons, produced in Turkey.
